Melee Island is still Melee Island and where Melee Island was supposed to be is now Blood Island and SCUMM bar is still at where Scabb Island was supposed to be and the Important Looking Pirates are at the look-out when they're supposed to be in SCUMM Bar and The Shipyard is still there, just being useless.. I'm not saying that you have to follow my advices but when you do, attleast do it right..

What is currently Mêlée Island seems more appropriate to be Mêlée Island than what is currently Blood Island because it has the SCUMM Bar and the Shipyard and The International House of Mojo, etc.
I'm keeping the Shipyard for now, no matter how pointless you think it is.

Name one topic that goes in the shipyard than can't go in the cannibal village?
And the SCUMM bar should go to what is now Blood Island!
There's a International House of Mojo in Scabb to you know..

I don't want to move the SCUMM Bar up. As you said yourself, the MI based topics should be above the general talk ones.
Maybe the Shipyard doesn't have any purpose. However, I would like to keep it there just in case. It's not doing any harm, is it?

No, I said that the Monkey Island boards shouldn't be in the last cat.. The general board is allways on the first cat..

No, they are usually towards the bottom. Boards directly related to the board itself (notices, etc.) are usually at the top.

You're right, Murray.
It is clearly down to the indevidual admins and if I really searced the internet, I would probably find just as many forums doing it one way as the other.
I put the support forums about the others because, as I said, they are done to make a profit, and they are doing as an example as to how a forum could be made and managed.
However, as I said, it depends on the indevidual admins' preferences, and we have two admins who prefer it this way.
